“Foam” kebab

I went to a kebab house in Durham (which shall remain nameless) on friday night, after a few quiet pints of Big Lamp in the Victoria. I ordered a lamb kofta, expecting the standard tube of minced spicey lamb. Instead I received a peices of what can only be described as lamb foam, a kind of forced/reclaimed meat with the texture of a Cadbury’s Wispa. Vile, be careful out there!
